Article 2 Certification of quality of animal and aquatic products is a quality certification issued by the livestock and veterinary management organization to inform consumers that such animal and aquatic products have better quality and safety than ordinary animal and aquatic products.

Definition of Terms
The terms used in this agreement shall have the following meanings:
Animal products: means products obtained from animal organs, including carcasses, meat, milk, eggs, offal, honey, and primary processed animal products;
Aquatic products: means products obtained from aquatic animals, including carcasses of aquatic animals, meat, fresh fish roe, and primary processed aquatic products;
Food production chain: means the process of food production, starting from production or procurement of raw materials, transportation, primary processing, storage, distribution, up to processing into ready-to-eat food;
Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP): means a production standard with a system for identifying, evaluating, and controlling hazard points to food safety to ensure consumer health;
Traceability: means a system for recording and tracking information of a product from the production stage, processing, storage, and distribution up to the consumer, to facilitate tracing the history of the product;
Certified products: means animal and aquatic products that have passed technical inspection.
