Article 1 Proportion of Policy Fund Deduction
The proportion deducted as policy fund, after deducting expenses, according to the items listed in

Article 2 Calculation of policy funds for meritorious persons
The calculation of policy funds shall take the amount deducted as policy funds as specified in Article 8 of this Decree, being 40% and 30%, as 100%, and then distribute as follows:
1) Information provider or informant: ten percent (10%);
2) Inspection committee, audit committee or special task force: thirty-five percent (35%);
3) The agency conducting the inspection or audit: fifty-five percent (55%) for organizational strengthening.
In case there is no information provider or informant, the ten percent (10%) shall be remitted to the state budget.
