Article 1 Purpose

Article 2 Management of events and traditional festivals
Is the determination of forms, methods, measures for organizing various events and traditional festivals to be implemented correctly according to the fine customs and traditions inherited, to have a progressive, scientific character, in accordance with laws and regulations.

Article 3 Interpretation of Terms
The terms used in this agreement have the following meanings:
1. "Organizing an event" means any activity organized by state organizations, individuals, or legal entities for the purpose of gathering unity, entertainment, announcement, notification, or meeting according to the objectives of the event and traditions;
2. "Traditional festival" means festivals and celebrations according to the customs and traditions of various ethnic groups that have been practiced and passed down;

4. "Baci ceremony" means the ceremony of tying strings, binding wrists, and blessing each other for mental joy, prosperity, and auspiciousness;

6. "Master of ceremonies" means a person knowledgeable in ceremonial procedures for the Baci ceremony, skilled in giving blessings that are auspicious to the host;
