Article 2 Management and Development of Forest Land
Management and development of forest land means the survey, allocation, zoning, and planning of the management and use of forest land in accordance with the location, on the basis of consensus with the provincial departments and district administrative authorities, ensuring that the management and use of forest land can generate revenue for the budget, in line with policies, methods, and measures for the management, protection, use, and development of forests, in balance with the forest ecosystem.
