Article 2 The collection of fees and service charges shall be in kip, according to the daily exchange rate determined by a state commercial bank, with the Ministry of Finance notifying and determining the exchange rate of a particular commercial bank to be used as a reference for collection in each period.
The management and use of the budget collected from fees and service charges must comply with the Law on State Budget (Article 6 and Article 10) and the Decree on Fees and Service Charges No. 002/PPTh, dated 17 June 2021 (Article 54).

This decree replaces the content of Articles 51 and 52 of Decree No. 002/ປປທ, dated June 17, 2021, on trade and services.
