Article ມາດຕາ 1
Article 2 Enterprise Registration Officers
Enterprise registration officers are civil servants appointed or removed from the position of enterprise registration officer by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce.
Enterprise registration officers include: enterprise registration officers attached to the Department of Enterprise Registration, provincial and capital Industry and Commerce Departments, district and municipal Industry and Commerce Offices, and the Special Economic Zone Management Committee.

Article 2 Scope of Application
This agreement applies to enterprise registration officials performing duties in enterprise registration work in the Lao PDR.

Article 4 Conditions of Enterprise Registration Officers
Enterprise registration officers shall have the following conditions:
Be a complete civil servant for at least three years;
Have firm political quality, revolutionary moral character, professional ethics;
Have good human relations, be sincere and honest in the service of enterprise registration work;
Have knowledge and have undergone training on enterprise registration work;
Have never been disciplined in the performance of previous duties.
