Article 1 Implementation
Assign the Department of Public Works and Transport of the province and district to be the lead coordinator with the construction management agency (Article 51) to strictly implement this agreement.

Article 2 Effect
This agreement shall take effect from the date of signing and shall be registered in the Official Gazette for 15 days.
