Article 2 Registration and Inspection Certification
The registration and inspection certification of fuel storage tanks in warehouses and gas stations is the tracking, registration, and certification of inspection of fuel storage tanks in warehouses and gas stations to ensure accuracy in accordance with principles and regulations.

Article 2 Definition of Terms
The terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
1. Fuel storage tank means a container used for storing fuel in warehouses and forests;
2. Inspection means the operation of measuring the accuracy of tanks, measuring instruments and equipment used inside the tank;
3. Re-inspection means the operation of re-inspecting tanks, measuring instruments and equipment that have been manufactured and used to confirm accuracy according to the measurement standard;
4. ATG means a digital measurement system;
5. Official means an inspection officer appointed in writing by the Ministry of Industry and Commerce to manage fuel storage tanks;
6. Fuel storage tank registration certificate means an official recognition document regarding the registration of a fuel storage tank;
7. Fuel storage tank inspection certificate means an official recognition document certifying the inspection of a fuel storage tank.

Article 4 Scope of Application
This agreement applies to individuals, legal entities, and organizations, both domestic and foreign, that conduct fuel business in the Lao PDR.
