Terms used in this agreement are defined as follows:
Primary animal product: refers to raw animal products that have not been processed and are not yet finished food products;
Transformation of primary animal product: refers to the process of converting raw animal products into raw materials for further processing into human food, including cutting, sorting, packaging of meat, offal, eggs, and raw milk by chilling, freezing, and vacuum storage;
Raw material: refers to carcasses and parts of animals raised for consumption, including seasonings, colors, flavors, or other substances used in the processing of primary animal products;
Production: refers to the processes and operational steps related to production, including cutting, grinding, mixing, processing, filling, packaging, labeling, as well as instructions for use, cleaning, storage, and quality inspection;
Production batch: refers to a quantity of any product that has undergone a complete production cycle, where the key factors of that batch are identical;
Good manufacturing practice: refers to a part of the quality control system that the producer must adopt and strictly implement;
Batch code: refers to numbers or letters that represent and certify that batch for traceability and inspection.
