Given the above situation, which has impacted and endangered social peace, social order, and the lives and property of all ethnic groups nationwide and within the province, the people of Oudomxay Province continue to face this challenging issue. All party and government organizations, mass organizations, the two forces of public security and national security, provincial and district-level grassroots political construction cadres, and village administrative bodies are tasked with leading political education and ideological guidance, propagating higher-level regulations, laws, resolutions, and orders, especially the "Anti-Human Trafficking Law," and educating people of all ethnic groups on the harms and impacts of human trafficking, so that they deeply understand and comprehend, in order to gradually curb and reduce the adverse phenomenon of human trafficking.
