Article 1

Purpose. 1. To provide a basis for economic dispute resolution bodies, court judgment enforcement agencies, and other relevant departments in enforcing the results of economic dispute resolution; 2. To enable parties, staff of economic dispute resolution bodies and court judgment enforcement agencies, as well as other relevant departments, to be aware of, understand, and proactively assume the responsibility of enforcing the results of economic dispute resolution; 3. To ensure that the enforcement of economic dispute resolution results is fair, prompt, in accordance with the law, and achieves practical results, in order to enhance the confidence of the parties and society.

Meaning and importance of enforcing economic dispute resolution results. Enforcing economic dispute resolution results refers to the execution by the parties of agreements reached in mediation, agreements reached by the parties before the award, or awards by arbitrators, and the enforcement by court judgment enforcement agencies in a correct and compliant manner in accordance with the law, in order to restore the rights and interests of domestic and foreign individuals, legal persons, or organizations that have been infringed or lost, and to create a favorable atmosphere and environment for conducting business activities.
