Article 1
No individual, legal person, or member of the public is permitted to enter the following areas for slash-and-burn farming, or engage in any planting or animal husbandry: the restricted upstream area of the reservoir (within 2 kilometers), the downstream area below the dam (from the dam to the office area, 5 kilometers), both sides of the dam (delineated at 1 kilometer), and the office areas on the left and right banks of the Nam Tha River (within 300 meters of the bank); the area behind the left side of the dam, designated as the on-site office area for the Office Secretariat Group, covering 5 hectares.
Article 2
It is prohibited to engage in production within the land use area around high-voltage transmission line poles, with a clearance of 88 meters on each side; for medium-voltage transmission line poles, a clearance of 175 meters on each side; for small transmission line poles, a clearance of 12.5 meters on each side.
Article 3
For production land previously cleared by the people, it shall be designated as land for reforestation.
