Article 1
All employing units, service units, and domestic and foreign investment projects within various economic and social sectors in the province are required to cooperate with and facilitate the Provincial Registration Responsible Group for Lao and Foreign Workers in registering Lao and foreign workers under their management according to the national agenda. Article 2
Assign each employing unit, service unit, and domestic and foreign investment project to appoint personnel responsible for human resources within the unit as the lead coordinator and data provider. They shall comprehensively and truthfully provide information on the number of Lao workers and foreign workers, as well as the worker salary fund, to the provincial registration responsibility group for Lao and foreign workers. They shall register all workers within the employing unit according to the national agenda, using the Lao and foreign worker registration application of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare.
Article 3
Each employing unit, service unit, domestic and foreign investment project, especially personnel responsible for human resources within these units, must declare and report the position and salary information of each Lao and foreign worker through the labor market information website (URL: www.lmi.gov.la/lmishr/login.php).
