Article 1
Purpose. Article 2
Property Administrator. A property administrator is a person authorized to engage in the professional activity of controlling, managing, and/or handling the property of a debtor enterprise and liquidation operations.
Article 3
Scope of Application. This Decision applies to property managers and enterprises providing property management services. Section 2. Acting as Property Manager.
