Articles
Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the policies, principles, objectives, conditions, and measures concerning the management and development of green spaces in Pakse City and the municipalities and villages bordering it, in order to develop, protect, renovate, restore, and replant green trees and green plants in these areas, making them clean, tidy, and beautiful green spaces, aiming to build Pakse City into a livable city with fresh air, cool shade, beautiful natural landscapes and scenery, and to promote the economic and social development of Pakse City in a green and sustainable direction.
Article 2
Green Space Management and Development. Green space management and development refers to the administrative process of renovating, repairing, restoring, and replanting green trees and green plants in existing and newly added green areas; the aforementioned renovation, repair, restoration, and replanting of green trees and green plants must be ensured in terms of quantity and quality, following a green and sustainable direction.
