Articles
Article 1
(Article 1 of the Resolution) With the affirmative votes of more than half of the provincial People's Council members present at the meeting, the "Agreement on Assessing Land Prices throughout Champasak Province (Revised Version)" is adopted.
Article 2
(Article 2 of the Resolution) The provincial administrative authorities, the provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and relevant departments are assigned to strictly organize the implementation of this Resolution.
Article 3
(Article 3 of the Resolution) The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, relevant committees of the Provincial People's Council, and members of the Provincial People's Council are assigned to monitor and supervise the organization and implementation of this Resolution in accordance with their respective duties, scope, authority, and obligations.
