Article 1
Purpose. This Decision stipulates principles, regulations, and measures for the management of business activities related to cannabis-type plants (industrial hemp, hereinafter referred to as "this plant") intended for medical use and as commodities, in order to ensure that such business activities are lawful, compliant, and in accordance with domestic, regional, and international management rules and principles.
Article 2
Management of cannabis plants for medical and commercial use. This refers to the investigation, review, licensing, follow-up inspection, evaluation, and reporting of business activities concerning the cultivation, extraction, production, processing, import, export, transport, sale, storage, and scientific research of such plants.
