Article 2
Implementation Organization. The Department of Industry and Handicraft, the Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and the capital, and the Offices of Industry and Trade of districts and cities are tasked with coordinating and cooperating with relevant authorities to disseminate, guide, and organize the implementation of this Agreement to achieve good results.
Article 3
Effectiveness. This Agreement shall take effect forty-five days from the date of signing and after being published in the Government Gazette. Minister Maraythong Kommasith.
