Summary

Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the principles, regulations, and measures concerning the establishment and management of factories to ensure compliance with factory technical standards, aiming to guarantee production standards and product quality, safeguard the safety and hygiene of workers, and protect the environment, contributing to economic and social development in line with the vision of modern, green, and sustainable industry.
Article 2
Factory. A factory means a building or premises used for carrying out activities of production, processing, or transformation of raw materials or semi-finished products, utilizing machinery or human labor, through processes such as production, assembly, repair, restoration, improvement, modification, packaging, sorting, or reprocessing, to convert raw materials or semi-finished products from their original state into a certain product as a commodity.
