Order on Strengthening Organization, Implementation, and Management of Cadres, Civil Servants, and Armed Forces in Oudomxay Province

Article 1

1. Cadres, civil servants, armed forces personnel, and employees of state enterprises at all levels of state agencies throughout Oudomxay Province must exercise a spirit of mastery and strictly implement all laws, regulatory documents, rules, and regulations related to the management of cadres, civil servants, armed forces personnel, and state enterprise employees, with particular attention to the following aspects:
1.1 Be loyal to the nation, pure and faithful to the fatherland and the people, love their native homeland, consciously respect and exemplarily implement the Constitution, laws, and all promulgated rules and regulations, diligently self-train and self-cultivate, striving to become excellent cadres, civil servants, and armed forces personnel with strong political quality and good revolutionary moral character;
1.2 Strive to fulfill the duties, tasks, and responsibilities assigned by the organization, in accordance with the Constitution, laws, and promulgated regulations, and actively participate in all work activities of their respective organizations;
1.3 Set a good example in diligence and frugality, actively participate in opposing waste, opposing bureaucracy, and opposing corruption; uphold the professional ethics of cadres, civil servants, and armed forces personnel, thereby safeguarding their own honor and dignity; dare to criticize and report on their own organizations and colleagues, while also sincerely accepting criticism and reports from the organization and colleagues, in order to review, improve, and transform themselves;
1.4 Correctly discern, digest, and use information from various online media; when publishing various official information and personal information on various online media, carefully consider to ensure correctness and alignment with the fine cultural traditions of Laos.
