Article 1

Provincial departments and agencies at the same level, (armed) forces, and districts are instructed to guide the cadres, workers, military officers, police officers, fellow citizens, merchants, and various social organizations under their jurisdiction to actively participate in implementing the "6 Cleans" measures proposed by the Ministry of Health, to prevent and eliminate the breeding and spread of mosquito larvae and Aedes mosquitoes, making it normalized and routine, becoming a daily activity for every household, with everyone fulfilling their responsibilities and taking proactive action.
Article 3
