Article 1
Assign the mayors of the 08 urban districts to pay further attention, guide the relevant offices at the district and village grassroots levels in performing their duties, propagate, implement, and deeply comprehend the laws and regulations concerning the protection of forests, land use, and natural water sources, resolutely eliminate the adverse phenomenon of encroaching on forest land and timber, resolutely prohibit illegal acts within natural conservation forests, protection forests, and production forests; at the same time, also inspect and dismantle unlicensed household furniture workshops in villages.
Article 2
The Provincial Department of Agriculture and Forestry is instructed to pay further attention, promptly coordinate and cooperate with relevant departments at the provincial, district, and village grassroots levels, focus on fulfilling the duties of management, inspection, protection of land, investigating and handling illegal acts such as illegal logging and forest destruction, encroachment on forest land within natural protection forests, protection forests, and production forest areas for cassava cultivation, while earnestly implementing the national master land allocation plan, strategic plan, and sustainable agricultural and forestry land use plan, and take resolute measures against individuals, legal entities, and organizations that violate laws and regulations; at the same time, continuously conduct political and ideological education for forestry inspection personnel stationed at permanent checkpoints and the management and protection teams of natural protection forests, protection forests, and production forests, to enhance their national awareness and strictly enforce laws and regulations.
Article 3
Assign the Provincial Department of Industry and Trade to further enhance its initiative, coordinate and cooperate with relevant departments at the provincial and district levels, and fulfill its responsibility to reorganize and adjust timber and furniture processing factories, ensuring they fully comply with Agreement No. 0222/Industry-Trade.Forestry Administration (dated March 23, 2021) and align with the province's guiding direction; at the same time, it must focus on tracking, registering, and canceling timber entry and exit ledgers, timber processing production ledgers, and ledgers for accumulated timber within factories, formulating thorough plans to eliminate loopholes that allow factories to illegally purchase timber for entry.
