Article 1

Article 2. Regarding the Fund. The Fund for Control, Interdiction, and Drug Prevention of Salavan Province (referred to as the "Drug Prevention Fund") is placed under the management, monitoring, and inspection of the provincial administrative body, the Drug Control and Interdiction Committee, and the Management Committee of the Fund for Control, Interdiction, and Drug Prevention of Salavan Province.
Article 2
Principles of Fund Management. — Ensure transparency in the management and use of the fund to achieve its objectives and obtain efficient results. — Ensure regular tracking, inspection, auditing, and consolidation of fund revenues and expenditures, conducted monthly on a regular basis.
