Article 2
In the past period, the education and sports system has focused on implementing and publicizing the Prime Minister’s Order No. 27/General (October 5, 2011) on Strengthening the Work of Curbing and Addressing Social Evils, and issued Order No. 1790/Education-Sports-Supervision (December 25, 2013) on Curbing and Addressing the Situation of Social Evils in the Education and Sports System. Through the implementation of the above regulations, the situation of social evils in the education and sports system has decreased and been resolved on a case-by-case basis. Given the increase in social evils in society under the current socio-economic development conditions, in order to strengthen the work of curbing and addressing social evils in the education and sports system, gradually reduce them, resolve them in a timely manner, and achieve effective results, the Minister of Education and Sports hereby issues this Order:

Suppression and Resolution of Drug Problems. 1.1 Suppression and Resolution of Drug Problems among Public Officials and Teachers: Education administrators at all levels, in public, private, and monastic institutions, must prioritize strengthening the suppression and resolution of drug work, incorporating it as a key task into plans and projects, publicizing the dangers of various types of drugs, regularly monitoring the behavior and activities of public officials and teachers within their scope of responsibility, and building drug-free educational institutions; if any public official or teacher is found to be involved in the production, sale, transportation, or consumption of any type of drug, they must report to law enforcement and relevant authorities for strict handling in accordance with laws and regulations. 1.2 Suppression and Resolution of Drug Problems among Students and Athletes: Administrators at all levels must prioritize the suppression and resolution of drugs as a key task, publicize the dangers of drugs, regularly monitor the behavior and activities of students and athletes within their scope of responsibility, and build drug-free educational institutions; if any student or athlete is found to be involved in the production, sale, transportation, or consumption of any type of drug, they must report to law enforcement and relevant authorities for strict handling in accordance with laws and regulations.
