Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the principles, regulations, and measures for the protection, maintenance, and development and utilization of protection forest land, aiming to make the protection forest abundant and sustainable, in order to protect the environment, forest resources, and water sources within the Huay Nong Protection Forest area, with the objective of enabling all parties to participate in the development of the protection forest in accordance with the protection forest management plan, contributing to improving the livelihoods of the multi-ethnic people and the socio-economic development of Bolikhamxay Province at each stage.
Article 2
Management and Protection of the Huinu Protection Forest. This involves formulating detailed principles and methods to manage and protect the land, trees, plant species, biodiversity, and ecosystems with natural, historical, and cultural value within the Huinu Protection Forest area, ensuring their stability and richness.
