Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the principles and regulations for the management, tracking, and inspection of student transport vehicles, aiming to provide lawful and compliant services, facilitate students' travel to and from school, ensure safety, reduce household expenses for students' parents, and contribute to the educational development and socio-economic progress of this province.
Article 2
Management of Student Transport Vehicles. Management of student transport vehicles refers to the administration of services that transport students by various vehicles via land routes from home to school and from school back home. Such management shall ensure safety, punctuality, and arrival at the destination, in accordance with local conditions.
Article 3
Definition of Terms. 1. "Determined route" means the distance between the home and the school as established; 2. "Impoverished family" means a household with financial hardship and insufficient economic means; 3. "Orphaned and destitute person" means an individual without support, living in poverty, and lacking labor capacity; 4. "Service provider" means an entity lawfully providing student transportation services under the "Student Transportation Service Management Agreement."
