Article 1
Purpose. This Decree stipulates the standards, collection, payment, and management of remuneration for personnel handling economic disputes, serving as a basis for uniform implementation nationwide by economic dispute resolution agencies, aiming to protect the rights and interests of mediators, arbitrators, and parties.
Article 2
Service Remuneration for Economic Dispute Processing Personnel. Service remuneration for economic dispute processing personnel refers to the labor compensation received by mediators or mediation committees, arbitrators or arbitration committees in the course of handling dispute resolution work for the parties within the economic dispute processing institution.
Article 3
Scope of Application. This Decree applies to individuals, legal persons, organizations, economic dispute resolution personnel, and parties involved in handling economic disputes within the territory of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
