Articles
Article 1
Purpose. This agreement stipulates the principles, systems, and measures regarding the tracking, inspection, and risk assessment of application creation and development, aiming to promote and facilitate the safe and efficient development and use of applications, and to disseminate information to society conveniently and rapidly.
Article 2
Secure Creation and Development of Applications. Secure creation and development of applications refers to the process of checking the functional operation of an application after its development to make it more secure, encompassing measures implemented at the technical method level, namely risk assessment, vulnerability identification, protection methods, and system maintenance.
Article 3
Definition of Terms. The terms used in this Agreement shall have the following meanings: 1. Application, refers to an application or group of programs that provide convenience in all aspects and are designed specifically for the particular purpose of end users; 2. Service Provider, refers to an entity that provides application data hosting services or application services; 3. Service User, refers to the creator, developer, or owner of an application; 4. Background, refers to an application running in the background, operating in parallel with the main system services, such as on a computer or smartphone; 5. SDK (Software Development Kit), refers to tools used for developing programs or applications; 6. API (Application Programming Interface), refers to a connection channel that connects from elsewhere to the Service Provider's website API, serving as an intermediary enabling one application to connect with other applications or operating systems; 7. Public API, refers to a connection channel made publicly available for use and interactive with other service providers; 8. Crash, refers to the cessation of operation of a computer, smartphone, or network, caused by partial device failure; 9. Plaintext, refers to a file whose content is ordinary text or general text, without any formatting, and is readable by humans; 10. Two Factor Authentication (2FA), refers to identity verification conducted through two steps, which is a security protection process when entering a system; 11. OTP (One-Time Password), refers to a set of passwords generated by the system for one-time use only, used for internet transaction security, helping to verify and confirm the ownership of an account; 12. Server System, refers to a system that provides services through a computer system, including a Database Server, Web Server, Mail Server, File Server, etc.
