Article 1

Article 2

Disputes Submitted to the Economic Dispute Resolution Office: — Non-performance of contracts; — Commercial business operations; — Investment business operations; — Service business operations; — Production and business operations, and other disputes. To ensure that the resolution of the aforementioned disputes is lawful and fair, the Economic Dispute Resolution Office, currently located within the Luang Namtha Provincial Department of Justice, is open for services during office hours; when you encounter economic errors or disputes, you may go there for legal consultation and utilize its services.

Article 3

Implementation and Organization: The Provincial Party Executive Committee, County Party Secretary, County Governor, Director of the Provincial Military Command, Director of the Provincial Security Maintenance Command, Directors of Departments and equivalent agencies, Directors of state-owned and private enterprises, Director of the Luang Namtha Province Economic Zone Management Committee, down to village elders and the people, and domestic and foreign merchants, are tasked with implementing this with high responsibility, proactiveness, and close attention.
