Articles
Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates principles, regulations, and measures concerning green industrial transformation to promote and raise production technical standards and production technology, aiming to increase production efficiency, save raw materials and energy, reduce environmental impact, and contribute to the national socio-economic development towards a green and sustainable industrial direction.
Article 2
Green Industry. Green Industry refers to the environmental management system of industrial factories, focusing on the continuous development and improvement of production processes in a manner that is environmentally and socially responsible.
Article 3
Interpretation of Terms. The terms used in this Agreement shall have the following meanings: 1. Green Industrial Culture means creating an environment where all personnel within an industrial factory cooperate to implement a green industrial system, making it sustainably part of the organization's culture; 2. Green Industrial Network means extending the implementation of green industrial work to other business units within one's own network, supporting these units in the process of being certified as green industries; 3. International Standard Certificate means a certificate related to environmental, safety, health, factory management, and other elements of green industry, issued by an international standard certification body (ISO) or other standard certification bodies recognized regionally and internationally.
