Article 2

National costume (national attire). National costume (national attire) refers to clothing and accessories with uniqueness and cultural heritage, worn by women and men for participation in formal ceremonies, events, and various ritual activities on appropriate occasions.

Article 3

Scope of Application. This Decree applies to individuals, legal entities, and organizations within and outside the Lao People’s Democratic Republic related to national attire (national costume).
