Article 1

Article 2

Article 3
The meanings of terms used in this Decree are as follows: 1. "Mediation" refers to activities conducted by a mediator, a neutral third party, or a relevant organization, guiding natural persons or organizations to negotiate, understand, reconcile, and jointly seek resolution of their disputes on a voluntary basis; 2. "Dispute" refers to a disagreement over rights and obligations arising between parties due to the application of relevant laws and regulations; 3. "Compromise" refers to concessions made to reach understanding, reconciliation, and mutual accommodation; 4. "Natural person" refers to an individual with full legal capacity; 5. "Organization" refers to an entity established in accordance with the law and possessing legal personality.
