Article 1

Purpose. This Decision is formulated to specify and implement Article 24 of the Law on Processing Industry No. 48/National Assembly, dated December 27, 2013.

Article 2

Classification of environmental impact risks. The classification of environmental impact risks for processing industrial factories refers to categorizing them based on the degree of environmental impact risk—namely, air pollution, wastewater, water quality, noise, light, odor, vibration, and waste discharge volume—into three levels, as follows: 1. Processing industrial factories with a high level of environmental impact risk; 2. Processing industrial factories with a medium level of environmental impact risk; 3. Processing industrial factories with a low level of environmental impact risk.
