This Agreement is formulated to implement Article 11 of the Decree on Import and Export Goods, No. 114/lb, dated April 6, 2011.

Article 3

List of Prohibited Import or Export Goods. The list of prohibited import or export goods refers to categories of goods whose import or export is prohibited to protect national security, social order, morality, culture, the life or health of humans, animals, or plants, to protect national heritage, natural resources, or to fulfill obligations under conventions to which the Lao People's Democratic Republic is a party.
