Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement stipulates the principles, regulations, and measures for the management of driving training schools, aiming to bring driving training schools up to standard and ensure that teaching and training are correctly implemented in accordance with the curriculum of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, enabling drivers to possess solid knowledge and skills in vehicle driving, master basic technical knowledge of land vehicles, have an in-depth understanding of land traffic regulations, and possess good driving etiquette, thereby contributing to order and high safety in road use.
Article 2
Management of Driving Training Schools. Management of driving training schools refers to the study and consideration of the issuance of permits for the establishment of driving training teaching course programs, operations, supervision, and monitoring and inspection, to ensure compliance with the permits and technical standards prescribed by the Ministry of Public Works and Transport, and consistency with relevant laws and other regulations.
Article 3
Definition of Terms. The terms used in this Agreement shall have the following meanings: 1. Simulated traffic park-style field training ground refers to a driving training ground equipped with various prescribed maneuvers (items), each of which has clear formal standards and dimensions; 2. Traffic park refers to a driving training ground that simulates general roads, which may include areas for children to learn to comply with traffic regulations.
