Articles
Article 1
Purpose. This Agreement is issued to specify and implement Articles 9 and 64 of the Chemical Management Law, No. 07/NA, dated November 10, 2016.
Article 2
List of Industrial Chemicals. The list of industrial chemicals refers to the list of hazardous chemicals classified into 4 categories in accordance with Article 9 of the Law on Chemical Management, covering chemicals produced, imported, exported, held, and used in the fields of processing industry, handicrafts, energy, mining, education, and trade.
Article 3
If a compound or mixture contains any chemical listed in the industrial chemicals inventory attached to this Agreement, the classification of the compound or mixture shall be determined based on the chemical with the highest hazard level in the inventory.
