Where to apply

File via the one-stop office; the Bank of Lao PDR reviews and issues (Art.5).

Procedure

• Prepare the setup dossier: application (central-bank form), techno-economic feasibility report, draft charter, founding-committee resolution and (for a joint venture) the JV agreement (Art.4)
• File via the one-stop office, forwarded to the central bank (Art.5)
• The central bank replies within 90 days (Art.6)
• Those meeting Art.7 receive a provisional licence

Within 90 days of a complete file (Art.6).
